We make traditionally crafted Central Texas style barbecue here on the Central Coast of California. Our smoked meats are made using old school methods, cooked low and slow on the same large offset style smoker fueled solely by our indigenous red and white oak. Our sides and desserts are all made completely from scratch including our pickles, sauces, rubs, and beef tallow flour tortillas.
